Once your Order leaves our Studio, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. While we always do our best to help if issues come up, Laurence Sabrine is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit.

If your tracking shows your package has been delivered but you can't locate it, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

For returns and exchanges: we kindly ask that you ship your package using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until we've confirmed receipt. Because we're a small brand, we aren't able to issue store credit, exchanges, or replacements for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to our studio.
